Selling prices are determined by Outsider based on market research, industry knowledge, brand, condition, age, and style. We may adjust pricing over time to help items sell within the 100-day consignment period.

Once your gear sells, you decide how to get paid:
40% Cash via direct deposit (ACH).
Or 50% Store Credit
For high-value items ($300+), we offer custom payout rates. Let’s chat about your gear.

Yes. Outsider reserves the right to run sales and promotions and may reduce prices at our discretion.

It lasts for 100 days. At the end of this period, unsold items can be picked up within a two-week window. If not retrieved, items may be donated.

We accept returns on unused new or consigned items within 48 hours of purchase, with tags attached. Refunds are issued as store credit.
Miss the 48-hour window? You’re welcome to re-consign the item under your own account.

We use an online consignor portal where you can log in anytime to view your active items, sales, and payouts. It’s simple and transparent.
